This is to inform the general public that Dr. Sakui Malakpa, the author of "From Foya to the Capitol: His Excellency Joseph Nyuma Boakai Sr., Vice President of the Republic of Liberia". Will be speaking at Harbel College on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. The Program will be held in the National Palava Hut located on 101 College Drive on the College Main Campus.

Dr. Sakui W. G. Malakpa is a professor in the Department of early childhood, physical and special education. As coordinator of the vision program, Dr. Malakpa teaches all vision courses in addition to other courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Malakpa has published extensively in the areas of special education and international studies. He recently published a novel that is getting positive reviews. Dr. Malakpa has obtained federal and state grants and, as a member of various professional and community organizations, he is a regular presenter at national and international conferences.

Harbel College Speakers Bureau brings on campus local and international professors, researchers, administrators, agents of change, and many other prominent voices of our time, who have diverse wisdom and foresight, who apply their intellect and forward-looking visions for the purpose of awakening and mind-empowering our rapidly changing nation. The primary purpose for HARCO Speakers Bureau therefore is help to divert the masses from what is unwise and wrong toward the common good of humanity.

The nexus or three key factors for the HARCO Speakers Bureau inviting a speaker are knowledge; ability and willingness to awaken society; and doing so for a noble cause or purpose.

We believe that your contribution and vision of grassroots community journalism in Liberia will be a journal / voice-based portal to be published on Liberia's most poor, under developed, and overlooked regional history.

We look forward to your presentation on march 18, 2017 at the National Palaver Hut, 100 College Drive, Harbel Margibi County, Liberia. The arrival of students, faculty, Staff and invited quests for the presentation begins at 12:30 p.m with an hour and a half allocated for your presentation which will start at 1:00 p.m. There will be a question and answer period after your presentation.
